Most of our trophies offer free engraving, you will be advised on checkout of any additional costs.
Where do I enter engraving information?
Simply enter the text you require in the engraving box on the product page. Please ensure you type in exactly the text you require including capitals, spacing and any punctuation.
Is there a character limit on engraving?
You can have up to 95 characters over three lines.
Can I specify font and size of engraving?
We use a modern font 'Helvetica'. The size will depend on your character count; apportioned appropriately.
Can you personalise glass trophies?
Yes. Brass plaques are engraved and then placed onto the glass.
How much are standard centres?
Standard centres i.e. generic to your sport, are provided free of charge.
What are custom made centres and how much do they cost?
Here at Trophy Village we know how important it is to have your own identity. When ordering your goods you can select the option to have your own personalised centre. Personalised centres cost just £0.35 with NO set up charge and NO minimum order. Simply add your centre in the upload box. Please ensure it is a high res JPEG.
None of our medals come with ribbons, these can be purchased separately from the 'ribbon' section.
How long will my order take to process?
Your order will take approximately two weeks once confirmed. For urgent deliveries, please contact the sales team.

Can I cancel my order if required?
Cancellations cannot be made on personalised and customised goods once an order has been placed. "Personalised Goods" are any goods you have ordered which are personalised to your own specification, for example, by the inclusion of a name or personalised text.
"Customised Goods" are any goods you have ordered which are customised to your own personal specification by you choosing from a set of pre-defined templates.
All cancellations should be expressed in writing by one of the following methods:

Can I return items for a refund?
Personalised items cannot be exchanged or returned unless the goods are faulty. An intention to return other items must be expressed in writing within 7 days of receiving the product and returned within 10 days.
All products must be returned in their original condition. Once the return has been made, a full refund will be given (excluding the original delivery charges) within 14 days, providing the items are in their original condition and packaging.
Sale items are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Any costs involved in returning a product must be paid for by the customer. The exception is where the wrong product has been sent or goods are faulty.
What if a trophy and/or medal are damaged?
If any of your products are damaged in transit then please contact a member of our sales team to arrange a replacement. A return of a faulty item must be expressed in writing within 7 days of receiving the product and returned within 10 days.
